You Never Lose:
The Messenger of God,Prophet (SAW) said:
'A man said to himself,"I will give charity today."He went out during the night and put his alms in the hand of a person,but he was a thief.The next morning,the word spread that last night alms had been given to a thief.The man said, "O God,all praise belongs to you -- to a thief ! I will again give some charity." Next night,he again went out,and this time put his alms in the hand of a woman, but she was a prostitute.The next morning,the word spread that last night alms had been given to a prostitute.The man said, "O God, all praise belongs to you -- to a prostitute ! I will again give some charity." 'He again went out the next night,but this time he put his alms in the hand of a person who was rich.The next morning, people were again saying that last night alms had been given to a rich person.So the charitable man said, "O God, all praise belongs to you -- to a thief, to a prostitute, to a rich man !"\b \b0 'He then had a vision, and someone said to him: "As for your charity to a thief, it might get him to refrain from stealing.As for the prostitute, it might get her to refrain from prostitution.As for the rich man, he might take a lesson from it and spend of what God has given him,"
